Urinetown: The Musical is an award winning and hilarious musical comedy! A satire of the legal system, capitalism, social irresponsibility, populism, bureaucracy, corporate mismanagement, municipal politics and musical theatre itself! A side-splitting send up of greed, love, revolution (and musicals!), in a time when water is worth its weight in gold, Urinetown: The Musical is a wickedly funny, fast paces and surprisingly intelligent comedic romp. For the Pleasure of Seeing Her Again is a funny, nostalgic and bittersweet comedy by acclaimed Quebec playwright Michel Tremblay. This play pays homage to his mother, a remarkable and larger-than-life woman. Described as a love letter from the playwright to his mother, the Narrator flashes back to different stages in his life reflecting on stories of his feisty mother, Nana and their remarkable relationship over the years. The true story of Cinderella has never been told before… at least according to her friends – five rats named Ears, Teeth, Claws, Tail and Whiskers. Playwright Mike Kenny has taken this classic fairy tale and turned it into a kitchen party romp for young people and for the young at heart! This adaptation of Cinderella is turned upside-down, as the story is told by the rats who dwell in the basement with their dear “Cinder.” With original music and playful staging, Cinderella: A Rat-ical Retelling is sure to be a hit for the whole family.
